free.fr (major French ISP) as well as online.fr (fits paying hosting service) use the MIME type text/plain for stylesheets instead of text/css. Consequently, all web sites hosted by free.fr and online.fr whith a a strict DTD fail to be rendered correctly with Mozilla.

wrote to support@free.fr, webmaster@free.fr to ask them to fix the parameter. Accepting bug. Setting P2. Target: march.
