Screenshot of accerciser exploring Page Setup dialog
If you view the Page Setup dialog's "Paper size:" combo box using Accerciser, you'll notice that the combo box lacks a name, and so do the menu items within that combo box. Those menu items also fail to expose the displayed text via the accessible text interface. (See attached screenshot.) Looking at the dialog, I noticed that it visually looks very much like the native Gtk+ 3 dialog. But that native dialog is accessible (launch gtk3-demo and view the same combo box in Accerciser).
