I didn't find this when searching bugzilla, so, just for the record:

Opening a new window (Ctrl+N) causes two of the following:

Error: redeclaration of const hide

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a new window using Ctrl+N (I have "always show tabs" and "always show
link bar", no idea if that makes any difference)

Actual Results:  No JS error on the console

Expected Results:  Two JS errors on the console
