127741 - Browser unusable when it is deactivated with an applet having focus

I found this while debugging focus issues on OS/2.

Bring up the web page.

Click in one of the entryfields.

CLICK on the Java APPLET to remove focus from the entryfields.

Remove focus from Mozilla by clicking on the desktop.

Give focus back to Mozilla by clicking anywhere.

Once you have done this, entryfields in the browser are no longer usable (they 
can't receive focus)

All other aspects of the browser work, even text areas! Just entryfields can't 
receive focus.

I believe the bug is actually in the entryfields, not in the platform focus 
code.

Entryfields are not properly taking focus for themselves when they are clicked 
on.

This was definitely fixed by 82534.

We need to take those changes for OS/2.

all we need is the assigning of JustGotDeactivate to FALSE and it fixes this
