build 20020225 on Win2000
Clicking "OK" in most preferences pages accepts the current values and dismisses
the entire preference dialog/window. In the themes preferences window
(Edit->Preferences->Appearance->Themes), the "OK" button only applies the
highlighted theme, it should also dismiss the entire preferences dialog.
Perhaps there should be an "Apply" button or something similar to allow the user
to test the theme without closing the preferences dialog.
Steps to reproduce:
1. go to the themes preferences (Edit->Preferences->Appearance->Themes)
2. select a theme other than the current one
3. click "OK"
The theme will be applied, but the dialog will remain open. The dialog should
be closed to be consistent with other preferences dialogs.

Over to skinability. This used to work. There should be no apply button.

We used to have an Apply button but it confused many people, and the current
behaviour was adopted as a remedy.

WFM with 2002 031008 on Win98. Clicking OK after choosing a theme closes the
prefs dialog (slowly).
