12827 - IE Favorites/Bookmarks list unreadable if too long

If the bookmarks/IE favorites list is too long, the last choices won't appear
onscreen, and cannot be accessed.  The list needs to include some sort of way
to access additional favorites if the list is too long (like an arrow or
something)

To Repeat:

Create a long list of favorites in IE.
Open Apprunner and follow Bookmarks/Imported IE Favorites

The bottom part of the list cannot be accessed

I am sure this is a dup of some other bug ( xpmenus don't scroll) but I'll give
hyatt the joy of marking it.

My hands have deteriorated to the point where I can no longer type.  I need
help.  If you think you can fix this bug on your own, please take it away from
me.  If you'd like to volunteer to be my hands for a specific bug, then I'll be
happy to come up to your cube and sit with you and fix the bug (assuming you
have the patience for that).
