129140 - mozilla skinversion number should be updated to "1.0"

it's that time again to update the browser's skinversion number - since  
there have been so many changes to the language which make older 
skins not behave properly on newer builds. This is also necessary to 
make sure that skin versioning stays on par with build versions.

i don't really know what is involved with these skin-versions so i don't really 
know if this will matter in any way, but i'm about to add a new .css file to 
fix some of the bugs in properties-window. Is there some date that i have to do 
this before? (except for 1.0 branch of course)

there's no "skin freeze'" that might effect things that you are doing.  This is 
just that once 1.0 is released, older skins will be disabled.  During the 
course of a milestone things change all the time, especially now, so there 
should be no effect on what you are doing.

So even if someone makes a skin right now that has "1.0" in it's skinver - it 
might still end up "breaking" post 1.0 milestone if there are dramatic  
changes during that milestone.

Yes 099 is already branched, so this change will be in the 1.0 cycle. Not 
099.
