Delete/Move/Unsubscribe a folder should close down the selected imap connection.

Instead of close down the selected imap connection we should switch it to
authenticate state and then make it free to use as a cached connection.
Status: ASSIGNED → RESOLVED

Fix checked in. This may be hard to verify. Instead of closing down the
connection I reset the connection to authenticated state so that we could reuse
it as a cached connection.

Verified by looking at the code nsImapService::ResetImapConnection() in
nsImapService.cpp and run it in debugger to chekc it did get called using rename
folder.
