What web page are you seeing this CSS file included from? Please give that URL
in the URL field, so we can click it and see the problem page. It's nice to see
the validator output but that doesn't mean anything if we can't show them "Go to
this page in Mozilla to see how bad it looks and why you should change it"

updating URL to reflect previous comments.

1 - visit http://www.terra.es/personal/dani_rio/tutorial/ with Mozilla
2 - visit the same site with IE
3 - see that the style is not applied because of a wrong mime type (serving
"application/x-pointplus" instead of "text/css")

actually, CSS files without .css extension are served as text/plain, while .css
files are served with text/x-pointplus mime type.
This problem remains. What appears to have happened is that Mozilla's strictness
exposes the fact that .css pages all over the net are not necessarily being
served as text/css. Compare:

http://pages.sbcglobal.net/mattneub/pointers/userTalkStart.html

with:

http://www.tidbits.com/matt/pointers/userTalkStart.html

These are exactly the same pages; the only difference is that I've got access to
the tidbits server and was able to fix the css type. At sbcglobal, the type is
application/x-pointplus.
The mime.types file has been corrected on pages.sbcglobal.net.

The mime.types file shipped with Netscape Enterprise 3.x and 4.x, WebStar 3.0,
and Zeus 4.1 has the incorrect typing for .css files.

Changing exemple page for another site where the problem is even more obvious
since it relies entirely on CSS positionning :

Terra didn't respond to my mails, sending a new one.

The last example I gave is no longer valid, the web author moved his site to a
new server precisely becaused of Terra's poor server configuration.
