On Linux, the Page Setup dialog, when invoked from Print Preview, does not seem
to do anything.  You can change whatever you want and hit OK, but it seems to
have no effect on what Print Preview is displaying.  On Win2000, on the other
hand, the Page Setup dialog does affect Print Preview.

If this is a result of bug 119491, then the Page Setup button should be removed
along with all the other Print Preview UI (bug 127699).  In fact, it might be a
good idea to remove Print Preview altogether since it is now crippled to the
point of uselessness.

Mozilla trunk from March 6th on Linux.

Ok... Changing margins in page setup works.  So does changing background
printing.  So does changing headers/footers.

Zoom and orientation changes fail, and this is because of bug 119491.
Over to samir to disable this UI on Linux as well.

Is bug 119491 going to be fixed for 1.0?  If so I don't want to spend cycles now
on hiding this UI.

Fixed as part of current work in bug 187125 - PrintPreview's toolbar is now
enabled if the underlying device code supports multiple concurrent device
instances (this is true for the Xprint module, the PostScript module may likely
never be fixed and may go away in the future).

Marking bug as FIXED.

No, they are different bugs that need separate fixes once the core bug blocking both is fixed.
