When trying to save a profile without having clicked "Profile" before, you get
the following message:

Internal error dispatching command ``save-profile''.
TypeError: summary has no properties @
<chrome://venkman/content/venkman-commands.js> 971

A message stating that you should activate profiling would be nicer.

fixed on branch.  now you just get an empty report (header and footer, but no data.)
