When hitting the minimize button at the top right corner of the browser window
(menu bar) in Win XP (i.e., _ [] X).
                                  ^^^
The window does not get minimze (i.e., not going to the taskbar) but rather the
screen gets reduced.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla {Build ID: 2002031104}
2. Go to http://www.cnn.com
3. Try minimizing the window

Actual Results:  Got a smaller screen (like the 2nd button []).

Expected Results:  The screen should disappeared from the desktop and show up on
the taskbar.
