First, if this is a duplicate, I'm really sorry. I just can't find the bug for this.
Using Windows 98, Build ID: 2002031403 (0.9.9+), screen resolution 1024x768, ATI
Rage Pro LTE graphics adapter, while Mozilla is set not to maximize but to
"regular" or "restore" mode, when print preview is opened on any web page, the
following problem appears :
Actual results: The print preview bar is not fully contained within the browser
window. The real problem is that the "close" button is not visible. I have to
maximize the window to get to the "close" button.
Expected results: The "close" button appears on the far left hand side of the
bar, assuring that it is visible.
confirming...I also see the problem with the Close button not visible
until you expand the window...

I believe this depends on your window size. CC'ing Marlon for input.

so would you propose to open the window up large enough to see the entire
toolbar, and then resize back?

I don't like that option. It takes away from the user's control.

I think this could be an accessibility/assistive technology issue - on (almost
any flavor of) MS Windows/NT/XP, go to the display control panel, appearance
tab, pick the _S_cheme
High Contrast Black (large)
and try Print Preview. On my 1280x1024 screen, a big chunk of the right part of
the Print Preview bar falls off the right edge of the world. I suspect this is
not extremely version dependent, but I tried it with
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7b) Gecko/20040421 and
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8a) Gecko/20040511
Firefox/0.8.0+
If someone needs large fonts, this is gonna create trouble for them. Also, the
first/prev/next/last page icons show up as black on black, but that's another
bug (soon to be filed if I don't find it already listed when I search).

Resolving WFM, as I no longer see this on current trunk builds.
