cannot open bookmark from personal toolbar folder in new tab

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.add some bookmarks in your personal toolbar folder


Actual Results:  you then cannot open them in a new tab but only in a new window


Expected Results:  being able to open any bookmark in a new tab would be great
