When moved over different images, Mozilla seems to re-render the frame,
incorrectly putting all of the contents on the upper-left corner of the same frame.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the URL
2.Follow the directions on the page


Actual Results:  Incorrect re-rendering of the frame.

Expected Results:  Correct rendering.
Yet another scrolling=no bug..
