From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.9) Gecko/20020310
BuildID: 2002031008

Following links to pages on the same web site causes text layout to be incorrect
if and only if the text size has been adjusted from the default.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.load page.
2.magnify text size
3.follow link to "next" page

Actual Results: Text was laid out under side bars and adds on right.
Line breaks looked like they might have been set correctly for a smaller text size.

Expected Results: The line breaks should have been adjusted so that text didn't
overflow.

I've seen this on all sites that involve ads on the right of the page.

Simple workaround - adjust text size down one step, and then back up.

This suggests a fix might involve checking that the text size that will render
matches the text size expected during layout.
I'm getting kinda the reverse. Poorly laid out text (text under the right hand
ad, links overlaid with normal surrounding text making them unreadable) at the
default 100% zoom which is then fixed when I change the zoom factor (to 150% in
this case). I then get what the reporter gets when I click on the next page but
it's then fixed when I change the zoom factor to 120%.

Things get whackier still when I hit reload. The text remains formatted
correctly but the font changes from thick (bold almost) characters to thin (non
bold) chars. On another reload it goes back to thick chars. Subsequent reloads
couldn't get me the thin text again but I did notice something interesting.

When doing the reload it draws the text thin, then draws the text again 1 pixel
to the left thereby thickening it up a bit.

When changing zoom factor to 100% all text is thin and formatted correctly. On
reload it gets drawn correctly and then reflowed into bad formatting with the
text going under the right hand side ad and normal text overwriting link text.
This is repeatable.

I am using 2002032406 under linux with default font selections and sizes.
Agree, odd things going on. I'm not seeing overflowing, but there are odd
spaces between words that should not be there after clicking on the "next" link.
 Might be a seperate issue? 2002032408 Win2000
Seems to have no problem for layout ! No overflow at all ! Maybe using a
1152x864 resolution help a little ? ;-)
