Receive an email with a URL link. right-click the link and say open in new window (clicking on link will open URL in already open window without a problem). Expected results: A new window is opened and the URL page populates the new window Actual results: Nothing happens. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.9+) Gecko/20020325
Works for me with mar25 trunk build, win98.
I'm just using today's (0325) nightly download and it still has this problem after a restart of the system....
I can confirm this for the latest nightly build, with some additional information: When in the main split-paneled mailnews window, this works. When double clicking in the mail news window on a message, to bring up the single message window, and then doing what the original reporter described, it doesn't work. Choosing to open a link in a new window does nothing at all.
Confirming bug with Mozilla trunk builds 20020411xx Linux, WinNT, Mac9.1. On Mac, of course, with a single-button mouse you hold the clicker down and wait for the context menu to come up. Same problem: can't open the link in a new window. Nothing happens. Confirming bug and changing OS: Win ---> All.
