Details

1. Go to www.msn.com (or any other site supporting P3P).
2. Open Page Info, go to Privacy tab
3. Hit Summary button
4. Right click in the new window

Expected results: context menu

Actual results: nothing seems to happen.

You need to apply the patch in bug 124503 to see this.

This might be a duplicate of bug 135825.
