135987 - MDN: If your sent folder is located under Local Folders, Receipts won't get sent there

Using 2002040503 commercial trunk on NT 4.0
I assume the behavior is across all OS's but
just tested under Windows.

If any mail account, under the pref Copies&Folders, has this:
  -Sent Folder on Local Folders
  or
  -Other: Sent on Local Folders

The return receipt won't go the Sent folder under Local Folders.
Instead it will be sent to the Inbox for imap mail account
and sent to online 'sent folder' for pop accounts.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Set up a imap or pop acnt
2.Set the copy of a sent mesg to be 
  -Sent Folder on Local Folders
  or
  -Other: Sent on Local Folders
3.Set either Global or Customized MDN:
   Check the box 'When sending mesgs, always request a Return Receipt'
   When Receipt arrives: radio button Move it to my Sent Folder
4.Compose A mesg and send it
5.Get that mesg and send the Return Receipt back
6.Get the return receipt

expected result: RR to be under sent folder under Local Accounts
actual result: for imap: rr in inbox
                   pop : rr in sent folder under pop acnt


Couple of test scenarios and results:

Both global/customized mdn pref have RR stored in sent folder

In all cases the original copy of mesg was stored under Sent Folder
under Local folders.

Acnt 1: Imap/global - Sent folder on Local Folders
Acnt 2:pop/customized -Sent folder on Local Folders
Acnt 3:Imap/global - Other Sent on Local folder
Acnt 4:Imap/customized -Sent folder on Local Folders
Acnt 5:imap/customized - Other Sent on Local folders
Acnt 6:pop/global - Sent folder on Local Folders

saved prefs/quit/restarted mozilla

Acnt 1: RR returned to inbox
Acnt 2: RR returned to sent folder under my Acnt not under local folders
Acnt 3: RR returned to inbox
Acnt 4: RR returned to inbox
Acnt 5: RR returned to inbox
Acnt 6: RR returned to sent folder under my Acnt not under local folders

Yes, the fix has been proposed and put up in bug 125993 for review and 
super-review.

Is there anyway to fix this without fixing 135993?  I think this one is worth
fixing for rtm but I think we can fix 135993 in the next release.  Or is
everything in the patch for 135993 required for this bug?

Unfortunately not, we could view both bugs as the same but showed up with
different symptons.

Trunk build 2003-03-05: Mac 10.1.5, using return receipt settings for each account
Trunk build 2003-03-05: WinXP, using global settings

Verified Fixed. The first session and second session retained the Sent local
folder changes. The return receipts were also moved to the Sent folder on Local
Folders.
