Window does not minimize.  It seems to happen only for whichever window on the
taskbar was started most recently.  Weird.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a browser window
2.minimize
3.open a new browser window
4.attempt to minimize

Actual Results:  second window does not minimize.

Expected Results:  window should have minimized
