2002041109, but noticed in 2002041016, and not in 2002040908

Steps to reproduce:
1-Open browser and use it
2-Open mailnews and use it
3-Close mailnews
4-Use browser some more
5-Attempt to open mailnews
6-Close browser
7-Wait for system activity to quiet
8-Attempt to open browser

Actual behavior:
1-Mailnews won't open the second time
2-Browser won't reopen
3-Tasklist shows no instance of Mozilla
4-pstat shows Mozilla still running
5-Zombie Mozilla process must be killed to reopen Mozilla

Expected behavior:
1-Mailnews opens the second time
2-Browser opens second time
3-Tasklist shows Mozilla when Mozilla is usable
4-pstat shows no Mozilla after Mozilla shutdown
5-No zombie Mozilla process

mkaply, which windows platform have you seen this on?  (win2k, winme?)

I'm building a debug, win2k build now, to see if I see it also.

Just to let you know that new versions of pinball and other 3rd party themes are
now available in XULPlanet!  By uninstalling the old versions and installing
these new ones, it fixes this bug!
