cant minimize the Mo-Zilluh window sometimes when I first launch it.


Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch browser
2.try to minimize
3.try to minimize

Actual Results:  At first window was Maximized.  Window "restored" to
non-maximized status when I first clicked "_".  Subsequent attempts to minimize,
either by right-clicking on taskbar or using the standard window icon, resulted
in the *entire* window refreshing on the screen, like it was a Desktop Item or
something.  Active Desktop was not enabled.

Expected Results:  minimized.

Can be worked around by launching another instance first, then surfing to a
couple pages with the original window.  Then it lets you minimize.
