The lower progress bar of the Install Progress dialog box is displayed as a
rectangle that moves from left to right and from right to left.  However, as the
installation moves on, this problem disappears and the progress bar gets
displayed properly.  


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the Mozilla Setup
2. Select Complete Setup
3. Don't use Quick Launch
