Steps to reproduce:

1. Browse e.g., http://jidanni.org/index.html
2. CTRL+S save page as.
3. Select "Text Files".
4. "Save"


Actual results:

It saves a .txt version, but the filename used is file.html !


Expected results:

It should save to file.txt.
Chromium doesn't offer "Text Files" so avoids the problem.
