When I print something in the browser on in mail, I set the printing preferences
for example for A4 and black and white. Previous builds couldn't remember any
settings. With this build I set page size to A4 and printing colour to BW but
when I close Mozilla and open it and try to print again only the page size is
rememered and not the colour preferences.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Menu -> File -> Print -> Printer Properties
2.Define page size to A4 and colour preferences to BW
3.Page colour setting will only be remembered during the current mozilla
session. When closed it will come back to default.

Actual Results:  Mozilla can't remember printing colour preferences if set to BW

Expected Results:  Mozilla should remember printing colour preferences as BW in
we want.
