Since, in bug 1381587, new intermittent test failure bugs will be filed with priority of P5 instead of '--', we need to review the list of intermittent test failure bugs, (of which there are 722 as of the time this bug is filed) https://mzl.la/2tcDCHf.

Some of these bugs can be resolved as incomplete, https://mzl.la/2tcEA6l

The others should be either bulk moved to priority P5, or resolved incomplete.

From an admin perspective, what is the action that should be taken on this bug? should it be moved?
