138356 - release notes for 1.0.RC1 seem sick

Changes made to relnotes for mozilla0.9.9 seem to have been missed on 
full-release-notes.shtml. So, relnotes for 1.0.RC1 look containing old things. 
e.g. rewrite of files created/used section, required OpenVMS minimum version. 
Is this the right way ?

it looks like timeless' more recent changes to the 0.9.9 release notes were
added to the full-release-notes file as they should have been. maybe jatin
somehow clobbered some of the changes?

None of my three checkins since April 3 indicate that I've removed or changed
the sections in question:

Is the relevant checkin, the major improvement only hit 0.9.9, whereas the 
minor MRJ change hit both.

Hopefully I didn't break much.  The big problem with this specific change is
