right click windows-nightly, save link as, save on desktop.
as soon as it start download, tools->download manager.
100% reproducable.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results: mozilla crash, the talkback agent crash too
restart mozilla, open download manger --> can see uncompleted download
mozilla 1.0 RC1
windows 2000 adv. server (t. chinese)
