Details

There is new code in the NSS 3.4 initialization that checks whether the "no cert 
db" option is used. If it is, NSS won't look for the root certificate module 
when creating the database in r/w mode. This is different from NSS 3.3 . In 3.3, 
the initialization code would always look for the root cert module regardless of 
the no cert db option setting.
