Details

for some reason in layout during printing and printin preview, after reflowing the frameset the status is set to COMPLETE, but if there is a <noframes> tag, somewhere in reflow the status is reset back to incomplete and then it reflows for the noframes even though it reflowed successfully for the frameset. This causes an extra(s) pages to be created for printin and print preview. This is related to bug 133809
