Attachment: Make InterceptedHttpChannel abort if the channel has been canceled during a redirect. r=asuth

This patch makes us abort the redirect from an InterceptedHttpChannel if we're canceled or released in the middle of the redirect.

The crash reports have stopped as of the first build with this fix in it.
