Bundy <bundy458@yahoo.com> has been trolling around the n.p.m.* newsgroups again and his negative comments have always been disruptive. Worse, he is proud of the fact that he creates trouble. He obviously hates everything Mozilla so much, but he won't go away either. He should be banned.

There's a few bugs of this sort. Is banning people from n.p.m.* for anything short of actual net-abuse actually feasible, possible, or even a good idea? Perhaps that should be a separate bug, or this one should be made into that bug.
Trolls are a fact of public forums. This bug is silly.
