Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: See above. Actual Results: See above. Expected Results: As stated.
This would mean that page content becomes unscrollable (wheel) every time the window is selected. Resolving as dup of bug 139862 - see comments there. (Btw.. there are very many bugs contradicting this RFE) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 139862 ***
