When a new page is opened, or when a currently-open page is selected by the
user, it would be nice if the cursor would automatically go to the address bar. !!.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results: See above.
Expected Results: As stated.
This would mean that page content becomes unscrollable (wheel) every time the
window is selected. Resolving as dup of bug 139862 - see comments there.
(Btw.. there are very many bugs contradicting this RFE)
