There seem to be a bug in the Personal Toolbar when the user place bookmarks
that are more than the width of the toolbar can hold. The user does not receive
any feedback from the application that there are more items to the right edge of
the toolbar.

A simple chevron that will show a drop down menu showing the rest of the
object(s) that cannot be displayed due to the current width of the ttolbar.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Place 20 bookmarks in the Personal Toolbar
2.Resize the browser window to a reasonable size such as 800 x 600
3.Observe that the Personal Toolbar is not showing all the bookmarks, and also
not giving any feedback that there are more bookmarks.

Actual Results:  The rest of the bookmarks are not shown in the Personal Toolbar
and the user is not informed that there are more bookmarks.

Expected Results:  Place a small icon at the right edge of the Personal Toolbar
if there are more objects that cannot be shown due to the toolbar width. This
icon can also act as a drop down menu to give the user the option to select one
of the hidden object.

This bug has been around since mozilla was available for Mac OS X.

Confirming using RC2. There is no visual mechanism for accessing Personal
Toolbar bookmarks that aren't displayed due to their extending past the window edge.

Reducing Severity to Minior since there is a workaround, in that those bookmarks
can also be accessed via the Bookmarks/Personal Toolbar Folder menu item.
