Temporary list of states:

Lifecycle Status
- installing
- installed (waiting)
- activating
- activated
- failed/redundant

Running Status
- starting (transition after clicking start)
- running
- stopping (transition after clicking stop)
- stopped

The application panel should display the exact state for each service worker.
