Details

The option to Work offline (currently found in hamburger > web dev > work offline) should really be in the Network tab of dev tools. 
Almost everything a web dev needs in in the dev tools, except for this one feature. 

IMHO It would make a lot more sense to have the option in the dev tools' network tab.

I'm not sure if we should keep the option to 'work offline' in the old spot after it is added in the network tab though.

Hi, this is the feature really nice to have and I'd like to help.
I'm new to network monitor and not sure how tough this issue could be.
