148085 - problems in refreshing mail window

The problem accours when you see the headers ofthe e-mail.
step by step:
You receive your e-mail. Select an e-mail to view its content. If there are many
persons in the list of receivers, you can expand the list clicking on the To:
little arrow. Here it's a wrong behaviour. If the list of To: receivers is too
long, so that it is expanded as far as the end of the window, when you collapse
the To: list, the window isn't refreshed until you move the scroll bar. The
problem doesn't occour if the To: list finished before to touch the end of the
window.

Fabio Bossi: this appears to be a duplicate of bug 167468 (actually, that one 
duplicated yours, but it's now open and being worked on).  Please look at that 
bug and say if you agree.
