Details

(Whiteboard: [quicktime])

Watching MPG with Quicktime plugin 5.0.2 in Mozilla Version "Mozilla/5.0
(Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530" causes loss of
ability to type in address bar until switching to another app and back.

can you point us to the mpg that failed?
dup of bug 82534?
Yes, this could be the same bug as 82534, but this is definetely due to playing
MPG files. Put any mpg file in the mozilla window, use QT plugin to play, adjust
controls, play with volume, let play for 15sec, try to type in the address bar.
It won't work.

I am able to reproduce this, but there are a couple of tricks. I was NOT able
to reproduce this with a website STREAMING the mpg to the browser. But
downloading one, and then dragging it to the browser I was able to reproduce it
with the listed steps with todays build (6-6-2002) on win2K.
