Details

From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0.0) Gecko/20020530
BuildID: 2002053012

If the user resizes the main window then the icons are inaccessable, you should
make it so when the browser is resized a small arrow appears and when clicked it
shows the rest of the icons in a sort of drop down menu. Internet Explorer 5.x
and 6 have this feature, at the moment it is annoying for people who have alot
of windows open and do not have the browser full scree,

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make browser NOT maximized
2. Resize the window so that icons are missing
3. it is now impossible to access these icons

Actual Results: I couldnt access the icons

Expected Results: Displayed a small arrow (or alike) which when clicked would
produce some sort of menu with the hiden options on. There would need to be a
seperate arrow and menu for each line, eg bookmarks or browser buttons.
