Details

1. Load the page
2. Scroll it to the end, where is the big form is.
3. Enter a dot there.
4. Look how the cursor is like on the dot (the dot is inverted), but it should
be to the right from the dot.

This also occurs on Windows XP, ME and 98 - I'm guessing it affects all Win32.
It only seems to affect text boxes bigger than one line. For example the cursor
is 1px thick in the Add CC box on here but is 2px wide in the additional
comments box. This also occurs in the Firebird Bookmarks Properites box - the
name/location boxes use the system cursor but the Description box (two lines)
uses the big thick one.

Regarding point 4 on that first comment - I seem to remember that problem but it
does not occur anymore. The cursor is still very thick though and it can be hard
to see thin characters like i and a pipe | especially if there is CSS set for
the text boxes.
