151680 - IMMAP: wrong message shows when you open the message.

I'm using the UWash IMAP server with procmail.

Occasionally when opening certain specific folders, I will see a list of new
messages.  The message information in the list is accurate.  When I click the
message to view it in the preview pane, the contents which show up in the
preview pane are the contents of some other message (a message which had been in
that folder at some point in the past).  If I open the message in its own
window, the contents are still wrong.  If I drag the message into another folder
and then view it there, the contents are correct.

As mentioned this seems to be limited to specific folders.

This is an intermittent problem I experienced with the RC releases and 1.0.  I
have not yet seen it with 1.1a.  The Build ID may be wrong, as it's an educated
guess.

This may be related to bug # 145638 - I'm not sure.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Get a lot of mail, have it filtered on the server.
2.  Watch message subjects and bodies, and keep track of what mail had been in
folders in the past.
3.  Look for messages which do not match what is listed in the list view
(subject, date, etc.) or had been in the folder previously but were deleted.

(I haven't been able to narrow it down more than that - sorry for lack of real
steps).


Actual Results:  Message which shows in the preview pane or message window is
inconsistent with what is listed in the list pane and inconsistent with what is
actually stored on the server (tested by sending test messages and by checking
the file on the server).  Instead, the message which shows is a message which
had been in that folder in the past but had been deleted (and the folder compacted).


Expected Results:  Message which shows in the preview pane or open message
window is the actual message stored on the server and represented in the message
list.

It is.  Exact same problem.  Someone in Netscape should mark this a dup of
145638 so Faisal will get notified if there is any action on 145638.
