in composer, in the "save to charset" command, there is an option of "visual
Hebrew". However, when using it, the page is saved as a logical page (text not
reversed) but with a visual page charset declaration.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. type some hebrew text in composer
2. file -- save as charset -- visual hebrew: save file


Actual Results:  open the saved file in notepad, see that it is actually logical
page with visual charset declaration

Expected Results:  text should be visual

IMO, it would be better to just get rid of that option from the menu, since
visual Hebrew is a non-standard legacy format anyway.

nhotta, can we remove a charset from the menu just by editing a properties file
somewhere?

I don't know if there is a property file specific to the SaveAs Charset dialog.
Cc to yokoyama, he was working on removing ISO-2022-KR from the dialog.

from the charset dialog box.

That charset is still there on my 20030108 osx build. Are we going to remove it
or not?

Changing dependency to dupe, because Jungshik is including Visual Hebrew in his
work on bug 133615
