BuildID: 2002052917

URL Manager has a shared menu feature that uses Mac's internet application
shared menu capability. Thus the URL manager menu pull down appears in the
Mac's system menu bar when using Netscape and Eudora. Mozilla apparently does
not take advantage of this Mac OS feature.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Configure URL Manager preferences to use Shared Menu
2.Close URL Manager, reopen.
3.Open Mozilla. Does the URL Manager menu pull down appear in the Mac menu bar?
No.

Actual Results: No shared menu.

Expected Results: URL Manager shared menu component should appear in the Mac's
Mozilla menu bar.
