The majority of the character entities at the above web page print as blanks or
incorrectly when printed either to a laserjet 4000N or to an Epson C80 (using
CUPS/gimp-print).  Also simply printing to a file gives the same results.  The
postscript file output is at http://genomes.rockefeller.edu/~clifford/mozilla.ps
and a screen shot of it as rendered by ghostview (gv 3.5.8 and GNU Ghostscript
7.05 (2002-04-22)) is at http://genomes.rockefeller.edu/~clifford/entities.png.

print preview gets the page almost entirely right.

I have not tried xprint yet.

uname -a gives
SunOS austen 5.8 Generic_108528-15 sun4u sparc SUNW,Ultra-5_10

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.improv.ca/mozilla/entities.html
2. print web page
3. look at results (especially from the Greek letter section onwards)

Actual Results:  Entities are printed as blanks or later on as white squares in
the "General Punctuation" section

Expected Results:  The entities should be rendered correctly or at least as the
they are displayed on the screen or in print preview.
