15489 - Crash collapsing then re-expanding toolbars in browser.

Build M11 1999100409
Reproduced on Linux (M10 10/1 6pm build) and Windows (M11 10/4 9am build)
Steps to reproduce:
1)Launch Seamonkey.
2) When the browser comes up, collapse the toolbars on it by clicking on the
twisty widgets to their left

*In the Following Order *:

 a) Collapse the File menu bar first
 b) The URL field bar second
 c) The Home bar third.

3) Now click on the first collapsed twisty widget on the extreme left hand side
to re-expand the toolbar... you will crash.
I could not F5 through this crash.

reproduced this with the 1999100319-m10 build on NT also by the way...
Just checked Linux crashes too, the MAC is okay. Changed OS to ALL

Eric, could you take a look at this? We could resolve this for 'beta' by
disabling toolbar collapse.

this sounds a lot like bug 14760 to me. I'm going to resolve this as a dupe.
Speakup if you disagree. If this are dupes that would of course mean the problem
applies to all the toolbars not just mail or browser toolbars.

[If so, you may want to add your $.02 into 14760; I think they think it's
specific to Commercial builds, and not in Mozilla builds, where folks are
reporting it.]

I found the problem that is causing this and I'll try to post a real fix
later today on the layout newsgroup. See the thread "First cut at fixing the
crash..." (from last sunday) in the layout newsgroup for details.

Prblem solved, patch sent to the layout news group. Still awaiting checkin,
[e-mail] said he'd check in one part of the fix today, I'm still
waiting for commens from [e-mail] on the nsMenuFrame patch
(should be OK but could possibly be cleaned up).

This bug is as a duplicate of 14760 but I don't have permission to view
bug #14760 so I can't add comments there:(, could someone else do that.

This bug is reproduceable by simply collapsing and re-expanding the "File" menu
bar. (In M10 on WinNT4 sp 5, build ID: 1999100618)
