Startup crash on release, 10 crashes since we shipped yesterday but 66 only had 130 for its whole cycle, so that seems a higher rate per day than what we had in 66.

This is currently the top Mac crash in 67 and affects all versions of Mac. It appears this same signature was seen in 66 as well.

I am duping over to bug 1403348 because this is explicitly a crash created by that annotation logic.
