Toolbar positions are currently fixed. It would be nice to allow a user to be able to drag a toolbar / menubar by its grippy and drop it either near a window edge (top, left, right or bottom) and have it attach to that edge without any changes to the XUL/CSS. I.e. make them 'dockable'. See Konqueror for an example. Note users should also be able to rearrange the order of multiple toolbars in a single toolbox and place more than one toolbar side-by-side (either horizontally or vertically depending on the toolbox orientation) using this mechanism. If dropped nowhere near an edge, or with a modifier key pressed (e.g. Ctrl) the toolbar should float like a modeless popup. The ultimate would be like the .Net behaviour, where dropping a dockable window directly onto another results in them being stacked like cards - i.e. accessed like a tabbed panel. See attached image of Microsoft Visual Studio.Net for an example.
