The "Launch File" button is disabled for .exe's. You should be able to run them
without saving them to disk or at least run them from download manager or the
progress dialog.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. click link to download file, such as new build of mozilla
2.

Actual Results: file must be saved to disk. then cannot be launched from
dialog or download manager.
Expected Results: Should be able to run .exe without saving or launch from
dialog or download manager
