Mozilla stops responding when it finishes downloading a large file and is
copying it from temp location to save location.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a large file to download and save it to a drive other than the drive
where mozilla caches files
2. Wait for download to complete


Actual Results:  Mozilla will stop responding while file is being copied.  (this
can be many minutes for a large file.  user will probably kill mozilla and file
will be corrupted)
