STEPS:
type "ftp" or "ftp.DOMAIN.com" into URL bar.

OBSERVED RESULTS

If ftp is the hostname, then the scheme is assumed to be ftp.

EXPECTED RESULTS

In all other hostnames that happen to be schemese (gopher.tc.umn.edu), HTTP is
assumed to be the scheme.

Some ftp servers have HTTP interfaces now, like "http://ftp.mozilla.org".

I know that some people have argued that one protocol is faster/more scalable
than the other.

I think I'm fine w/ this behavior for now, but I wanted to document it
somewhere, I've reviewed FTP, and I queried URL bar.
I beleive it's a dupe.
ftp doesn't do the fixups; urlbar/dochshell does
